- Agree any sample checks. If your project needs a sample or initial batch, confirm its cost, timing and checks for fit, dimensions, appearance or a later process before work starts.
- Confirm the production order. Once any required sample or initial batch is approved, review the agreed specification, acceptance requirements and delivery terms before proceeding with the batch.
