Milky white acrylic sheet is a translucent cast PMMA material designed specifically for LED backlighting and illuminated signage. Unlike clear acrylic, it diffuses light evenly across the surface, eliminating LED hotspots and creating a soft, uniform glow. This makes it the ideal choice for light boxes, backlit signs, retail displays, and architectural lighting installations.
Our cast acrylic offers superior optical quality, excellent light transmission with 45-55% diffusion rate, and professional-grade durability. The glossy finish on both sides provides a premium appearance while maintaining easy fabrication compatibility with laser cutting, CNC routing, drilling, and heat bending.

Can't Find the Right Size or Specification?
Send your drawing or dimensions, material grade if known, quantity and intended use. We review feasibility and confirm the specification for each quoted project.
Project Requirements
Identify the critical dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and inspection requirements. Any required food-contact, ESD, flame-retardant or other compliance documents should be specified so availability can be checked. Material names alone do not establish these properties.
Custom Order Process
Submit the requirements for review. The quotation will identify the agreed specification, quantity, production lead time and inspection requirements. Shipping method, shipping charges and tax responsibilities are confirmed separately from production timing. Approve the final quotation and specification before ordering.
